For visitors with disabilities or reduced mobility, the interior of the Cathedral and the presbytery area are accessible and walkable, while the cloister is accessible with entrance from the Villa Comunale.
The presence of an accompanying person is recommended.
The Duomo terraces are not accessible.

For blind and visually impaired visitors, a general map of the site with captions in Braille is available at the side entrance to the Cathedral.
